Description

Weekly injections: self-administer (after education) or administered in house by a licensed professional. Weekly weigh ins (in person or telehealth). In person counseling/ telehealth monthly for follow ups, progress and to answer any questions. Monthly vitamin b12 injections. Required blood work every 3-6 months (not included in monthly fee). 1st 4 weeks: Semaglutide/cyanocobalmin- $360/mo for 0.25mL Tirzepatide- $400 for 0.25mL ***price increases with dose increase**** please inquire for pricing for dose increases above 0.25mL
